& supported by CSIP. As new tools are developed they will immediately become

The Readiness Tools website allows you to manage the process of sending out tools
to individuals for completion, collate their responses and perform some automated reporting which
should form the beginning of your analysis.
Features of the Readiness Tools website include:
Wizard Based Management
Creating and sending a programme is a straightforward structured process. Only
when all the stages have been completed will you be able to send out the tool. You
don't have to do it all in one go; programmes you start to create are saved
as you go and can be completed and sent when you are ready.
Contact Management
Load all of your contacts into the Readiness Tools website, then quickly and easily
re-use them for repeat or alternative programmes.
Response Tracking
Once a tool has been sent out you can track who has successfully received and completed
the tool. If you are not getting a response from certain individuals you can send
the tool again.
Automated Reporting
As soon as responses start coming in The Readiness Tool performs automated real-time
reporting. Project managers will be able to:
- View individual responses to a tool, including their personal
dartboard and comments (NB: All responses are anonymous)
- View an aggregated dartboard for all responses from a specific agency
- View an aggregated dartboard for all responses from ALL agencies
- View all comments by principle
- Download Word Documents of dartboard responses
- Download Excel spreadsheets of all responses for further offline
analysis
